Jewelry

I create and design all jewelry; each piece is unique and handmade with a rustic flair. The lettering may not always be straight, and the pieces may not be perfectly shaped which adds to the magic of the piece.

Pendants are made from fine silver (.999) and are hung on a sterling (.925) chain. I often use a patina to darken the silver chain as it goes with the rustic style of the piece.

Custom Orders

If you would like a word, phrase, image or shape that you do not see on the website, please contact me. I welcome custom orders.

Order Time

Please allow two to three weeks for production time prior to shipping.

Payment

If you are a U.S. resident, you can order online easily and securely using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order using PayPal. PayPal allows you to use any major credit card or your debit card for purchases.

Shipping

Once the order is completed, all orders are shipped via Priority Mail (arrival estimates are 2-5 working days). A flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 will be added to all orders to the United States. Currently, I do not ship outside the United States.

Tax

Orders placed from within California are subject to a 9% Sonoma County sales tax.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of the items, I cannot accept returns. Please double check typing of personalized information prior to submitting order.

Repairs

If an item should break or otherwise not hold up to normal, daily activities, please return in the original packaging within 90 days. If the item can not be repaired, a replacement will be sent. Please contact me via email should you have any questions regarding a return.

Silver Care

Silver can tarnish over time. To clean, rub gently with a silver polishing cloth.
